The Human Resource Managers retreat is an annual strategic platform for Nigerian Human Resource professionals in the financial services sector to develop a strategic blueprint that redefines best practices that will eventually become a global standard. The retreat is aimed at initiating a process that will facilitate Nigeria’s ascent as the financial capital of the world in 2025, as well as positioning Nigeria’s Human Resource professionals as the best in the world.
