Our deep commitment drives us to produce measurable impact by opening up new pathways for people and organizations aspiring to improve on their service delivery; and unlocking society's full potential to effect social change.

Structurally, visibleimpact is a conglomerate of five groups committed to delivering extraordinary possibilities.
It was the passion to see people actualise their possibilities that led Mr Fela Durotoye to set up the organization visibleimpact, formally known as V.I.P. CONSULTING; (one of the Nigeria’s leading business consulting and human resource management firms), whose core focus is primarily concentrated on assisting its clients achieve all round competitive leverage.
