On December 14th 2000, he registered V.I.P Consulting Limited, whose humble beginnings started in a 1-room apartment. Having honoured over 120 invitations to speak at various meetings and public gatherings in 2004, over 150 in 2005, over 270 in 2006 and nearly 350 in 2007, the name Fela Durotoye now resounds across Nigeria, the United States of America and the United Kingdom as our Nigeria's most sought after & highest paid business strategist and motivational speaker.

Seven years afar, V.I.P Consulting is widely regarded as Nigeria’s most sought after consulting firm in the specialized areas of workforce activation and customer management strategy having developed a formidable relationship with no less than eleven banks, including seven of the top ten banks in Nigeria.
