As an idea builder and systems re-engineering professional, Peter brings to bear his vast experience in right information sourcing and product placement, talent development, skill management, corporate leadership, inspiring team leadership, mentoring and coaching, life goals planning & business development strategist. He is popularly recognized for seeking the fastest means of achieving set goals within planned resources and can also be described as an ideas consultant. Words like “fast-track” “make it happen” are among the many phrases used to describe Peter’s actions with respect to execution.

An innovative, seasoned strategist and team-oriented executive with a highly successful track record with ideas to products as well as start up to market turnaround situations. He has more than five years progressive experience in various phases of Operations, Projects,  Strategic Transformation Management, with particular strength in the plotting and successful navigation of road-maps for exceptional productivity and strong competitive leverage. Peter also measures high in influencing and leading teams to victory.

Recognized for imparting exceptional problem solving, inspirational and human developmental skills as well as the ability to negotiate mutually favorable deals and ‘make things happen’, PeterOGBONNA has also had extensive hands on experience in Sales and marketing in diverse industries.

He currently works as a Consultant and Project Director with Visible Impact Limited - a social enterprise that focuses on managing transformational change for people, corporate organizations and nations with the objective of building desirable societies. In his role as a Project Director, Peter interacts with leading corporate strategists and brand experts across blue chip companies and top-multinationals in Nigeria whilst displaying uncommon expertise in client servicing, concept development, planning and market goals delivery as well as strategy implementation amongst other skills.

Prior to this, Peter gained quality leadership experience through PowerCap Limited - one of Nigeria’s pioneer energy consulting firm. There, he played a dual role of both the head of training and the Business consultant - innovating and designing business products and services. He worked for PowerCap in Nigeria in a challenging role requiring the development of customized implants for core power sector firms, investment forums and other specialized people-development programs for investors interested in the power sector business; - including the development of training concepts, content and materials for two National Power Conferences and two international conferences in UK and China, besides other local workshops.

At PowerCap Limited also, Peter has equally been involved in the total design and packaging of a full curriculum for a Power Business Training Institute.

Over the years, Peter has been instrumental to the design and implementation of over 10 specialized Career development seminars, workshops and talk shows hosting an average of over 4,000 participants in less than 4-years. He has also attended tens of Personal development and Management Trainings across the nation.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria. He attended the fate-foundation course on project management and mini-Risk Assessment Course, run by the Lagos Business School.
