Olapade Durotoye is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Ocean and Oil Holdings, Nigeria's Leading Principal Investment firm and core investor in Oando PLC. Ocean and Oil are also the owners of Avante Capital Partners and Avante Property and Management Services Ltd.

Mr Durotoye holds a Degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University. Prior to working in Ocean and Oil, Mr Durotoye worked for more than 19 years in Schlumberger Oilfield Services starting as a Wireline Logging Field Engineer and later moving to Well Completions. He has held a various Management roles in Field Operations, Field Operations Management, Line (Country) Management HR and Business Development Management living & working in 8 countries in Africa, Europe
and Far East Asia.

Pade is on the Board of Oceean and Oil Holdings, Ocean and Oil Investments, Avante Capital Partners, Avante Property and House of Tara International.
